Do you hold stock?

No. Every shirt is printed after you order it, which is why you won't find mass discounting or leftover stock here. It also means an order takes a little longer to reach you than something picked off a shelf.

When will my order arrive?

Give two numbers separately — production time, then transit time. Quoting one combined figure is where most delivery complaints start.

What's your returns policy?

Set out your window, the condition you accept items in, and who pays return postage.

How should I wash it?

Cold wash, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and keep the iron off the print. Printed graphics last far longer on a cold cycle.
