Help

Questions, answered.

Everything about sizing, printing, shipping and returns. If something isn't covered here, we'd rather you asked than guessed.

Sizing & fit

How do the shirts fit?

Add the fit description for your blank here — relaxed, true to size, or boxy — and the measurements for each size. Include chest width and body length so people can compare against a shirt they already own.

I'm between sizes. Which should I take?

Answer once you've confirmed the fit of your chosen garment. Say plainly whether to size up or down, and why.

Orders

Do you hold stock?

No. Every shirt is printed after you order it, which is why you won't see mass discounting or leftover stock here. It also means each order takes a little longer to reach you than something picked off a shelf.

Can I change or cancel my order?

State your change window here — with print-on-demand this is usually short, because production starts soon after checkout. Give a specific timeframe and the address to write to.

What payment methods do you accept?

List the methods you've enabled at checkout.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Give two numbers, separately: production time, then transit time. Quoting one combined figure is where most complaints start.

Where do you ship?

List the regions you ship to, and note who covers customs or duties on international orders.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second one with tracking as soon as it ships. If the tracking email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder before writing to us.

Returns

What's your returns policy?

Set out your window, condition requirements, and who pays return postage. Be specific — vague returns copy costs more in support time than it saves.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Write to us with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right. Print faults and wrong items are on us, not you.

Care

How should I wash it?

Cold wash, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and don't iron directly over the print. Printed graphics last far longer on a cold cycle than a hot one.

What are the shirts made of?

Add the fabric composition and weight for your chosen garment here.
